Description
This is an extremely well equipped 2020 Thunder Jet Chinook OffShore. Sitting on a 2020 EZ-LOADER Galvanized steel trailer.
It was repowered in early 2025 with a Yamaha F250DEC, that currently has 78 hours. Paired with a 9.9hp Yamaha kicker motor.
The owner of this vessel bought it via private sale with a 4cylinder Yamaha 200hp and then had Master Marine install a long list of new items to make it the boat that he wanted it to be.
At the front helm, you will find a Garmin 8610xsv, along with a Garmin Echomap 74sv, a Garmin VHF 215/AIS, and Yamaha CL5 gauge.
The aft helm and steering station was installed in 2025, with controls for both the main engine and kicker. On an adjustable mount you will find a Garmin 943xsv. A Garmin GHC 50 autopilot screen is mounted in the station as well. Autopilot installed new in 2025 along with the motor and aft station.
On the bow, you will find a Minnkota Terrova Instinct Quest, self deploy bow mount trolling motor, in the 36v 115lb thrust configuration. The boat is equipped with 3 x 12v 100ah lithium batteries that all charge simultaneously when the boat is plugged in. It makes bottom fishing for lingcod and halibut super fun and revolutionizes drift fishing.
New in 2025.
Both the front captain and passenger chairs are on Smooth Move suspension pedestal bases.
Under the starboard side bench seat is a less than one year old (essentially new) 4man life raft. Bought in 2025.
Under the port side bench seat you’ll find the Wallas Diesel heater fuel tank.
The diesel heater vents at both the captain and passenger side knee area, as well as both port and starboard windshields. It was installed in 2025.
The rear deck is equipped with a large in floor fish box, and the rear transom fish box is plumbed as a live well to bleed fish.
The walk through transom door makes entry into the boat very easy at the dock.
The rear deck is equipped for four Scotty downrigger bases and the boat includes two Scotty 1106b downriggers. Four Scotty plugs are installed, two per port and starboard side.
A Garmin Fantom Radar on the roof completes the package.
